Brand spanking new cutout cookie cutters sit waiting for me to bake my holiday cookies. Christmas trees and snowflakes with fun sugars and frosting are a delight for me. The old me would have been frustrated over not having the cookies baked during the holiday season. Not anymore. I accept my limitations and know I can bake them in February if I want to. Who’s going to turn down a Christmas cut out cookie, even if it is given around Valentine’s Day? A sense of humor might be in order but the cookies will taste the same!
